Hey all so I recently bought OLED taillights for my 2010 bmw 535ix and after a few minutes I get a tail light malfunction code.. I coded w BimmerCode to have the drls running but got the same problem.. the brake lights and signals work perfectly fine it’s just the drls giving me problem.. any suggestions on what to do?

The car isn't happy that they are LED's. It's looking for normal bulbs and thinks they are burnt out. You can either

1) Get bulbs with resistors built in to fool the car
2) Code out the check for a burnt out bulb altogether

If you did the coding and it's still an issue, then either the coding didn't work (sometimes it's in multiple places it seems) or there's actually a different issue going on (like you accidentally broke a wire or something)

Would that option be on BimmerCode? If so under what would be on?

It’s a malfunction for both sides I doubt I broke the wire harness lol

I've only used Carly, so I don't have any Bimmercode details, sorry. I just know that sometimes it seems like a single thing has to be checked in more than one spot.
