Damn, thats a big drop. It doesn't surprise me though. With current conditions and BMW not being atop of their game it was bound to happen.

With all the problems with the Turbo cars I can see why. As a loyal BMW owner since the early 70's I for one would never buy another after the way BMW treated me with my 335 conv. Sorry but this is how I feel. It's shame when somone buys a new BMW every other year and has to put with with it's NORMAL!

I had a 09 lexus IS350 on order.$40,000 car with $5,000 margin and dealership only gave me $500 off since I was ordering the sport handling package and they did not want to get stuck with it,their sales are down 35%.I drove a 335i and was sold and ordered 335i and cancelled lexus order.Dealership gave me $2300 off on a more expensive car with only about $4,000 margin vs the lexus with $5,000 margin.I use to feel BMW had a holier than thou , we are the only game in town, but it was the lexus dealership in CHARLOTTE that had this attitude and bmw treated me right and service dept.seems responsive to customer needs.335i may not be as reliable as the is350 but it is much more of a car and dealership earned my business.First bmw!

It's a big drop, but if you talk to a dealer about buying a car you'd think they were the ONLY ones actually selling cars in this market.
It's more than "a little" frustrating. I feel like prices go up, but paychecks are going down. I can't see how ANYONE is buying, given the hostility of the environment. |

^ let alone they keep dicking with the APR. just put it at .9% or 1.9% and let it set for a few months. No need to adjust that monthly. If they want to adjust incentives like Free Auto or first 2 month payments on us type things then fine, but leave the damn apr's alone.
Let alone that all cars prices have become so f'n bloated. car's prices have gone up way too much, it's kinda sad
