2007 328i vs 2007 335i
Hi so this is my first time posting and I need some insight on which car to get.
Basically I'm constrained financially to get a used certified pre owned car within the 25,000 - 26,000 price range. The two cars I am focusing in on are: Certified Pre-Owned 2007 328i - Premium Package, Sports Package, Xenon Headlights, Leather Seats etc the works basically. vs. Certified Pre-Owned 2007 335i - The basics (Power locks and Power Windows, maybe Power Seats if I can find one), This is a big dilemma for me because basically I'm choosing luxury vs performance. I am way more inclined to buy the 335i because I've read so many good reviews, but having the basics is not exactly an ideal situation to me. What I am really wondering is, would I really be fine getting the fully loaded 328i and not regret getting the 335i, wondering that all I really would need to satisfy me is just buying a plug in Navi. Or is the Premium and Sports package on the 328i too good to pass up on for just strictly performance? .... Oh ya I'm also thinking about getting black vs graphite. I know its a tough decision so if there's anyone that could give me some good insight this would really help me focus my attention on one car |

I love you... Nah 328i is a great car and the Sport Package makes it drivable. So if you buy a 328i you absolutely have to get ZSP (Sport)... And if you get a 335i you absolutely need to get ZSP. BTW did I mention that the only option that you should have on a BMW is ZSP? |

My 335 does not have sport. Since I do not have a sport packaged car to compare to, it doesnt seem like a necessity to me. You can always change your steering wheel, seats, suspension, wheels in the future with more funds.
Nav for me is also not essential. Although it does look nice, I hate dealing with the system for the radio. Its just kinda cumbersome. FYI I got my 2007 e90 335i for about 24k after an aftermarket warranty. 55k miles with premium, nav, winter packages. |

Why the hell is this in OT?
If I wanted to talk about 335 vs 328 I'd be in the General forum browsing through hundreds of threads. Quick and to the point-----> ZSP is a must regardless, get the 335.

go 335I or go home naaww just kidding.
i have a loaded 335I and if i was to be in your shoes i'd still go for the base 335I cause really you cant justify missing out on the performance vs having some options on the car. just my thought. |
