I have to ask....
Not to be nosey, but what do you guys do to afford your fine automobiles? I have to say that I'm just starting out going into my third year of college, and I have a pretty good job already that could lead to bigger oppurtunities down the road, but like always, who knows what the future holds. Just thought I'd ask to strike up a little convo. Don't know if this is more of an off topic discussion or what? Thought I'd post..

Easy, its the E90 over the weekly groceries any day!!!
Seriously, I have been running my own business since 1985 so I am well established and buy at the beginning of each 3 series model life and then trade in the end of model car for the new one. Lease payments are fairly consistent. Just another tax deductable business expense. I always know what my monthly costs are. The cars are very expensive here compared to the U.S. (like double the price or close to it) due to hefty & greedy government charges.

Retired Navy, 24 years and am now a technician at Sprint with Nextel. Not really that well off, but by the grace of God have it better than some. With good credit history and leasing the 3 series are not really that much more.

I'm a "Phocker"....yes I'm a male nurse and I'M NOT GAY. I specialize in critical care/advance life support transport. We utilze a variety modes of transport from ambulances, Helo's to fixed wings. My advice is to be responsible, be money wise and pay off any existing debts asap.

im in sales, but ive been saving up for this baby for 2 years now, i was anticipating the new generation too. its amazing what you could do with a little will power. my friends give me flack about becasue im so young(20).
but hey, im buying this on my own with out the parents so i give myself a little pat on the back for that. i saved and saved and during that time i was ultra responsible with my credit to make sure it was in the best standing that i could have it. and it paid off, got the finance approval without needing a co-sign. thats more than i can say for some of the people i know my age.

biz dev for technology services. I would never have even remotely considered a bimmer till i got into this company 4 years ago because they had a very generous lease policy. so my first car was an A4 1.8T, my 2nd was a 325xi and then they replaced the policy with a much less generous car allowance but by then I was hooked. I can afford it with my salary but i feel I should be saving for our retirement and our sons education but i dont regret getting the e90
