It's a Noble M400, a tupperware sportscar from the UK. It really is extremely fast, complete in British Racing Green

0-60mph in 3,5 seconds and a topspeed of 185mph.

I believe those are Hyundai Sonata taillamps...

It may look crude but its a very accomplished road and track car though...but for half the money on that Noble, I'd go with the Lotus Exige anytime, especially with the supercharged engine
