why don't you just explain that to her? does sound like you like her a lot and can see yourself being with her in the foreseeable future. even though you're not sure if you love her yet.

The reason you got here is how you dealt with her up front which was treating her how she wanted to be treated, sound like all the other guys were using their money to get her to be arm candy.

So just be straight up and honest and say exactly where you currently stand, but never devalue what she feels. Some time they are looking for you to feel the same way they are at the same time. So tell her you not fullly where she is at this point and that you never expected her to arrive at this point so quickly, which flatters you and you feel honor considering you come with some baggage.

Be honest. Even if she got to the point of saying the "l" word too early, if you are honest with her you can buy a little time to find out if she is the girl for you or a crazy headache.
