After market navigation !!!

hi guys , yesterday I bought a PIONNER AVIC- S1 and this thing is not powerfull but I like it , it's very sytlish, thin and light .
but if i spend 100$ more I can get IPAQ Travel 5910 . and IPAQ comes with GPS , Wireless LAN , Windows Mobile 5.0 and it's a great PDA .
I am thinking of returning the Pioneer and getting the IPAQ , What do you guys say ? IPAQ or PIONEER ?
I would like to hear from you guys . I need your opinion .
thanks a lot .

Hey , I love the style and size of poineer , and the LCD is very bright , but the porblem with this NAvi is it only has 1.5 million Point of Interest , and the map is a little old , but totally it s a good unit .

I have a TomTom Go 700. It's slightly bulky due to I got it a year ago and now all the sleek ones are coming out. Overall a great unit though, bluetooth, user friendly, all maps are preloaded onto the internal HD. I like it, but I've come to like my Dad's new TomTom Go 510 I bought him for his b-day. The screen is now a little bigger and sharper, has all the same functions as mine except the maps are on a SD card instead of a internal HD and the whole thing is more compact and sleek.

I tested all different kinds at everystore I could think of and IMO the TomTom was the easiest most intuitive portable GPS unit I could find for under $800.

One of the best GPS's and software on the market: http://www.navigonusa.com/pocketloox/ ; https://www.navigon.com/site/int/en/shop/consumer

Navigon is a German firm - BMW uses their software...

If the map is a bit old can't you update it or something like that?
