Never at night. Sometimes when I don't feel like holding them or putting them up on my head. I'd also sometimes do it when I was in school. It meant I was checking the fuck out and not participating or talking.

when i had to wear presciption glasses, I would wear them inside
but only when i had to run in, do something, and go out it was too much of a hassle to go into my bag and switch... either that, or it was days when it was really bright outside and i really didn't feel like carrying two pairs of glasses... so i just wore my sunglasses and i wore them at night if i forgot my regular glasses i used to be really blind before lasik

If you have your eyes dilated, then yes it is ok. Otherwise, an open hand slap to the face is in order.

I have done it as a joke with cheap sunglasses but otherwise it just makes you look like a idiot.

Generally, it's strange to wear sunglasses indoors, exceptions include:
- photo sensitivity - eye problems/surgery - running in and out quickly I wouldn't let it bother me though. |

Depends on "inside" Sometimes at place where I sit near a window (to eat) I wear them beccuase the light coming in the windows really bothers. Plus the wife can't see where I'm looking.

I wear my sunglasses wherever I please, because I can't stand bright light. Both, indoors or outdoors. Even bright fluorescent lights hurt my eyes.
Or at starbucks, because I dont wan't them to know that i am ripped as shit. lol

Oh I've also got a set of prescription wrap Oakleys for tennis with a light blue tint that I do wear on the rare occasion that I play indoors. The tint is for contrast and it lets 90% of light pass through. Playing with my regular glasses is annoying since I'm used to the wraps with no edges or frame in my field of vision. Super dark tinted sunglasses make you look retarded inside and I'd rather not be able to see clearly than rock those indoors. |

I've only ever worn them inside on rare occasion when my eyes are burning out from looking at a computer screen for too many consecutive hours...
Now that most things are LCD/LED, I don't get eye-strain as much as i did with the good ole' CRT monitors and I haven't had to do this for years (5+) |
