Corvette: Best performance for the money by FAR. And easily the most reliable of the top 5 finishers.
Props to the GT-R as well. For its price, you know that stock for stock, you can beat just about anything but a ZR1 and 911 Turbo S (excluding the $500k+ exotics).

Wonder how a zr1 would have fared.
No real surprises for me, but would have been interesting for them to throw in a caparo to see how a dedicated track car compared. And damn is that LFA sexy in profile... |

I know this was just a comparison but talk about an unfair drag race. Did they think the Lotus or BMW 1M would fare well here? lol
Nissan GTR is a beast as always although judging by the trap speed the 458 had a nasty top end. The corvette as someone already mentioned probably had wheel spin off the line.

The sound of the 458 stole the show for me.

If C&D had field a 911 Turbo, a 911 Turbo S, a 911 GT2 RS, and/or a ZR-1, it would have been a very different story.

I was very surprised when I saw that it wasn't there. Although the Aventador has a sky high price tag compared to the rest and therefore doesn't really belong (but then again the LF-A is present), it would've been nice to see it there.

Edit - oh and just to add... judging by different races that I have seen comparing a stock Zr1 to Stock Z06, the Zr1 is surprisingly not that much faster as the Z06 still has a wider powerband and weighs less.
