Real Life Photo's F15 X5-30d in Sophisto Grey, base 18'' Rims, LED headlights
Hello,
A few photos of an X5-F15 in Sophisto Grey, base 18'' Rims and LED Headlights. I'm curious to see photos in real life of the standard Headlights. Enjoy, Alessandro |

I hope That I'm wrong on my conclusion regards to 2014 F15 model, after reading and reviewing all photos I did arrive with answer that is a last LCI makeover till real F15debiuet as 2015 model to compete with MB GL series and Audi Q7. Overall geometry and shape is basically is the same accept front, side and rear sheet metal changes compared to older ladies hefty makeup to look younger. There is no car manufacturer producing a replacement model without presenting on auto shows to public to make them put on hold future purchase from competition. F15 need to be bigger to accommodate a REAL 3rd row seats.

I'm curious to see how the new X5 looks in real person with the base 18'' Rims. I currently have an E70 X5 30d with the base 18'' rims and it does not look too bad; as the general proportions of the new X5 have not changed very much, it should not look too bad either....at least I hope.
Base 18''s will most likely be my choice, as I do actually use the car once a week in real off road conditions and some times there' s lots of mud involved...and 255/55 R18's size is available for A/T tires. Here are a couple of pictures of the type of terrain I have to go through on a weekly basis (if it's dry is no big deal, things get interesting when it's raining....). When I took the pics I was with my wife's X3 35i, that is also surprisingly good going though that stuff Alessandro |

This is the car, not some fake debut. It's been revealed. This is the F15. Coming in a couple months as a 2014 model. And no the 2015 model will not already be an LCI. |

Man - what a shocker. Just when some of the versions we've seen lately have helped with damage control this pic slips out to remind everyone what a pig this thing is. I seriously can't understand who would want to buy this version. Shiny paint job is the only thing that looks good. Looks dated already due to terrible boxy shape. What were they thinking ? I'll say it again - on that last pic looks like a Toyota station wagon from the 70's/80's. Maybe different in real life if you can get a better feel for the SUV size.

Hmmm wow, I've been trying to like this new version but.....this looks shockingly bad in these photos. Perhaps by design to steer everyone to expensive upgrades but for me looking very much like a no thanks this time around which is a shame.
Might spec up an X4 or a better F10 again. Disappointing and I'm a X5 fan still I should reserve proper judgement for when I see it in the flesh....

The wheels stand out the most, but the non sports are less aggressive all around, no fender flares, etc. |

This is not Grey. This is sparkling brown.
Also, this is not base. this is Luxury Line with Black Roof Rails. Luxury gives you the option of choosing silver satin or black rails. It looks nice. |

I'm quite sure this is the Luxury Line. I wouldn't focus too much on the wheels. After all, look at the writing on the rear - it is a "Werkstestwagen" and - depending on what they are testing - they probably just switched wheels (note the hand-writing on the tires).

I do see a little MB GL as well, at least in this version. As much as I try to like it, some parts just seems awkward. I hope that we start seeing more pics and reviews soon.
