You are half right. AT&T's service is so bad they should have charges brought up against them.

Got it yesterday. On my original Droid. Seems kinda buggy. Cant save my BMW vehicle in profile or "other vehicle" either. Same map zoom, each time press "show me" comes up with different (sometimes zero) stretches available. Then sometimes my favorite stretches will not show up under saved. I LOVE the concept. Just needs to be ironed out.

I've had nothing but good experiences from AT&T's customer service. Their coverage is decent, I've had worse.

As for the app, Im thrilled about it. Maybe now I can find some halfway decent roads around here.

Really? At least you're open-minded. I was pretty ant-Mac fanboi until I got my iMac. Then we got my fiancee her iPad. Then my iPhone. As someone who works with PC-based imaging systems all day, I can tell you that PC=fail. There may be some salvation in Linux, but I am very suprised with Mac material. It's quite good.

There's a reason BMW is producing more Mac-compatible apps - because their market census demonstrates that it is (currently) the dominant OS. Why would they go to great lengths for a more marginal (in their eyes) OS?

Well the app its very good, for some reason it wont work in Colombia (south america) im guessing the google routing is a work in progress in my country.

This phone wars stuff (iPhone vs. Android) is hilarious. The global market for smart phones is so huge that it'll be impossible for one manufacturer to cover the whole thing. There's plenty of room for everyone.

And, for the record, I'm an iPhone guy and couldn't be happier. We should stop hating on one another for the choices we make. All the Android fanboys talk about the lack of "choice" iPhone users have, and what sheep we are. We have choices -- the Android guys just don't like the choices we're making

Does anyone know if this app will let you take the good routes people suggest and send them straight to your pro Nav system ie using BMW routes? Now that would be cool!

+1 re getting iPhone working with the Connect Office stuff. Really poor from BMW for not pressurizing Apple into providing it.
