I hope they had some very strict people testing that concrete on the grandstand. I'd be worried about that canopy in a wind storm.

I do construction for a living and I was looking at the pics and I figured they have a busy month to get it all done. That's with the limitations of canadian manpower. Then I looked at the calendar and figured they have just that, so no concerns from this guy on whether they will make it.
