Those that keep relating Black Ops to the Modern Warfare series should know that they were not the same developers. 2 completely different game series.

Finally started play a few Campaign missions, where its all bang boom and explosion. But I was disappointed about the story-line now was the lack of "buildup" missions leading to the big story line.
Like in MW2 where Shephard picked the US Army for the undercover, and 141 infil and take the ACS module. Then the airport massacre leading to the major assault and the big story... What MW3 starting, was in Manhattan, big fight...since its continuation of MW2....I kinda felt like...whoa!!! slow down!!! LOL!!! Maybe I'm too old...

2 Great games. The single player on BF got the nod even though I am a MW fan. The BF single put you in a position to have to do more with different weapons. MW Has AC130, some slow mo breach and a few weak sniping spots. Bf had all that minus the AC130, but had other vehicles. Over watch, defend the hostage from the breaching force. And maybe it was just me but it seemed like there was a section in BF where it was a must to use the shotgun!!! in MW i coulf have gone through the game with one gun.(I did unless they gave me a different one to start a level.) I will go through the single player modes again to... uhh... see if my a assesment was accurate.

Finished MW3 in lower difficulties, and now re-play with Veteran, and gone thru to where the Russian President was kidnapped by Makarov.
Felt like the story of MW3 is not as tight or as good as MW and MW2...i know its continuation of the entire story plot. I just feel like I'm in a lot of places, NYC, Berlin, Paris, London, Prague, India, Somalia, Siberia.... Probably because MW3 starts off HUGE....I don't have the "OH SHIT...this is going to be huge" after the airport massacre in MW2.... (Highlight to see spoiler) Is it just me or everyone else also think the way Soap died was very lame??? Like Roach, Ghost, and many others died when something unexpected turned against them. Not just from a friggin fell....where they always "survive"...
