Lappo, the one and only

Lapo Eduard Elkann (born October 7, 1977) is a New York-born Italian industrialist, former marketing manager. He is currently the manager of brand promotion at Fiat Automobiles.

In 2001, he worked as a personal assistant to Henry Kissinger. He was a marketing associate for Ferrari and Maserati. In 2003, he became Fiat's Director of Marketing. He coordinated the reinvention of classics like the Fiat Punto and Fiat 500. He received the America Award of the Italy-USA Foundation in 2011.

On October 11th, 2005, he was taken to Turin's Ospedale Mauriziano, a hospital, after an overdose of cocaine and heroin while in the company of some male transsexuals. The 52 year old transgender owner of the house, Donato Broco, alerted the ambulance service

I've heard of him but didn't know what he looked like.

Seems like more than enough material for a new Sacha Baron Cohen character.

do you like the cure?

I've been a big the cure fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Boys dont cry. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too punky, too dark. It was on Boys dont cry where Roberth Smith presence became more apparent. I think it was the group's undisputed masterpiece

This is Just like Heaven, a great, great song

personal favorite.

Javi, I want to applaud you. This is the most coherent thing you have posted in a very long while.

Yes, I like the Cure.

really? is more than a sign of good taste, its implicates to be intelligent

Both things are a gift, an instinct, something that goes through you like lightning and implodes at the center of your brain. It is light, you look clean and, finally, you understand. The greatness of The cure doesnt need to be explain neither justify, is admired, enjoyed and pities the renegades, the obtuses and blinds. Live outside of substantially primigienios values, the joy of living, not be lefted, asking questions and looking for reasons where there is only feeling and style.

This thread does not listen to reason, is not justified, enjoyable, it shares the greatness of the idol. We come, the believers, like dervishes around the golden calf, ecstatic, amazed, happy the find. With Lapo same of the same.

It is admiration at first sight and a vocation once you know its history

shemales, overdoses and Ferraris with seats made of TH jeans, all in one shoot ... wonderful

i have to return some videotapes, ciao bambinos!
