Watch it in 720p and pause it at 36 seconds. There is your picture. The picture you have is a screen shot from video feed, it wasn't a picture taken with a camera. You were using the wrong search engine

Check out Tineye, you can supply it with an image, and it'll find other copies of the image. Eg: if you have a cropped version of an image, it'll find the bigger version of the image that it originally came from (if it can).

But I tried with your image, and you're out of luck:
