Formula 1 Dreams
I just finished drooling over this thread, awesome pictures by the way, and started thinking what I would give to be a formula 1 driver. My answer was everything. Just about everything.
The hairpin at Monaco, the grandstand straights at Sepang, Imola!!! I would give my left nut twice if I could. Anybody else have the same dream as me? http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69134 |

I don't know about my left nut...maybe my right cuz my left is bigger!
Regardless, becoming a race car driver was a dream of mine since i was a boy and have always loved cars and in every way! One day I'll fulfill that dream! |

I was staying at the FM Monte Carlo (the hotel located rigth at the hairpin) and I will show you the pictures (as soon as I have time de-compress the pictures). It is a steep slope downward towards the hairpin turn. It amazes me how they can do 45 mph on this type of surface.

I would love to drive an F1 car. Just once.
I'm going to the European GP this Sunday. My son and I have seats at turn number 7 (Dunlop Kehre). I can’t freaking wait. I got a new zoom lens a few weeks ago and can’t wait to really try it out. We went to the German GP last year and saw Schumacher win and it was a blast. The sound these cars make it truly incredible. I bought the “cheap” seats last year and they were not that great. So this year I saved up and splurged a little. I’m also going to try and go to the race at Spa in September. I’ll be sure to post a bunch of pictures. Here are a few from last year.

May be, they had a shot of the Monaco circuit (the part where F1 cars come outside the tunnel with French Riviera on the left side) in the commercial too.
