I do it all the time But I hate when my friends do it, not because my car is precious, I just hate to smell others' fart. I'm fine with mine.

My close buddy who just happens to fart sometime in his/my car, does so by signalling in advance. He drop the windows saying "it's nice weather outside" and if it stinks really bad, he'd say "i think i hit a skunk or something." Ofcourse, he knows that I know.

Either way, i just control my breath for that few pungent seconds and grab the freshner to spray it out.

when I fart and my girlfriend is in the car, I don't let her roll down the window until she smell all my fart and guess what I ate.
