"Remember Me?" on login
Is this an optional global setting for the website? Saving username and password should be something that by default is turned OFF, I should have to make a conscious effort to enable that feature. Having the save function as default is a big security/privacy risk, even if there really isn't anything financial involved in the site.

UncleWede, as an update, unfortunatly we've had to change it back to the way it was because it was compromising some of the functionality of the forum for other users, hopefullly this isnt a problem for you.

I think I like it better this way. I check the site a few times a day and everytime I do, I'm logged out
It's a good idea on paper because yeah, it solves security problems, especially if someone else uses the computer, but it's just TOO secure for some of us die-hards. |

Having that check box on by default compromises useage of the whole system?!!! That seems crazy, but . . . For anybody who has already selected that option, their username/pw combo SHOULD be saved on their own system. I just thought it smarter to opt IN instead of opt OUT on security. Blame it on years of working admin for the Navy . . .
