this happened to a friend of mine that was getting a vw. he drove off the lot with a loaded car instead of the base model they agreed on. the mistake was on the dealer, and they accepted it without resistance, but asked him to come back in to correct the paperwork. the price, payment, or agreement didn't change, just the vehicle info.
