need help! resizing pics...
i took pics of my car using a digital camera, i took them using the setting 1600x1200 for the size
i want to resize them to half the size (i.e 800x600) i used microsoft picture manager to resize them, put after doing that, the pics lost thier quality... how can i resize them without loosing the quality? which software to use??

Adobe Photoshop or Imageready are the best. You can try MS Paint if that is all that you have by doing scale and then 50% for horizontal and vertical.

^^^ in PS i just go to Image > resize? or there is a more proffessional way?
and in MS paint it wont loose the quality?
