Vendors need to pay??

I was just wondering if vendors on this site need to pay monthly fees to be "vendors"?

I was just wondering because some other sites actually enforce it. Does this forum enforce it?

For example, if I used a user name like Sam@Macys, will this site make me pay monthly, or change my user name to something less commercial?

Commercial posts are: 1) Discussions of pricing of a product/service, 2) Solicitations for business, or 3) Making photo threads to showcase your products.
I don't think they care so much about the name as the content of your posts. You can't go around plugging links or suggesting products you sell.

Thanks.

Where did you find that quote at? Is there a post that fully explains what I am looking for?
