*DEF* getting some for my boots....and I can think of a bunch of other stuff that this can be applied to....

I've tried it. Pretty neat.
However it turns whatever you spray a frostly white color. And soap pretty much kills the coating on contact.
I sprayed my sink and it didn't last a day.

Apparently it doesn't last very long, particularly if you handle the object with your hands afterwards.

The stuff I plan to use it on, I don't plan to handle daily. Just an extra measure of prevention.
