I think his stubbornness to play QB has cost him a starting job in the NFL. He could've easily been a FB, HB, or TE as many people mentioned. It is ironic how badly the Jets probably wish they would've kept him now.

Hard to tell in plain text but I'll assume you're being sarcastic...

I've said all along if he wants to be a QB in the NFL, he should go to the CFL and have some success. He simply can't handle the speed and players on defensive in the NFL. Go to Canada, get the experience and then try and come back to the NFL. There have been many players that have done this. I hope he can because it's hard not to root for a guy like this considering all the felonies in the National Felonies League.

^ Agreed, he is a good guy but the success he had in college does not transfer to the pro game. I'm an LSU fan and Tebow beat us every time he played us but I always said he would be a better tight end in the NFL. He can run which opens up aspects of the game that, when combined with his size presented real problems for most college defenses. But he's never been that fast and the players are bigger and stronger in the NFL but now they are faster than Tebow too. Combine that with average (at best) skills in throwing the ball and I don't see him making it in the NFL, as much as I'd like to see him succeed. Maybe some time in the CFL where he can get some good coaching on mechanics etc will get him over the hump...
