how long before you start making big bucks in IB?

and how much money are u making?

FAs start off around 75 K
Associates make around 150K
VPs can make between 250-600K
MDs - 250 to 1Mill+
Partners - $5-10MM

Inclusive of bonuses - total comp

Keep in mind, nowdays, mos I banks are public.year end bonus is greatly dependent on how well the company has performed, how well your division is doing and, how much you've contributed to the team/company...

I'm not a banker, but my wife works for GS and we have a lot of friends in the industry
