Need some opinions!
I was just offered a job as an elevator repairman through a friend of mine. After completing the training/apprenticeship, pay jumps up to $45.00 an hour (...from $27.00). Do any of you know people who work in the field? Any advice/suggestions/instances of comic relief?

Friggin' hilarious!
I am awaiting the follow up call as we speak. Details will be given to me at that time with regards to training length, etc. As far as the pay, the $45 per hour pay increase happens immediately after completion of the training/apprenticeship. |

how many hours will you be working?
it would be good to get an average number so you can calculate your potential annual income vs. your current. $45 is awesome but if you aren't working enough hours, it means nothing.
