Soon to be released Sci Fi MMO in the WoW style, less dumbed down than WoW is now, but they wanted to make it more accessible than WoW while still catering to hardcore players.

Major highlights:

Been in development since 2005

Was delayed 6 months still. (Not rushed)

Original team was 17 ex Vanilla WoW devs.

I got a key for the last beta weekend but didn't get a chance to play. Hopefully I'm in line for the next one. How was it?

NM Guess it's in open beta.

It is in Open Beta, I have not played it much but initial impressions are if I could sum it up concisely, WoW 2.0 because it has the same hallmarks I feel, it does have WoW DNA due to the original devs.

This is my fav video for it, shows the technical systems such as skill points, also shows how customizable the characters and mounts are:

Yeah I played it a little last night. Not bad.

Picked this up and got in on the headstart before the release. Not too bad. Liking it so far. Definitely need to learn professions. They are a little bit different and not as dumbed down as WoW.

Yeah I ended up buying it. Pissed off all my friends rolled on a softie PVE server but oh well.
