Website legal protection

Hi,

I am starting up a website with reviews of products and want to legally protect myself. I am a student and don't know what the best way to prevent a person from using me is. So if I tell them to go and buy a product because it is good (then they hate it) or I mention BMW in an article how do I prevent BMW from coming after me from mentioning their name. Or if I do a diy and the fan blade cuts their arm off how do I legally protect myself. Llc or a disclaimer.

Why not just have a disclaimer stating that the reviews expressed within this website are merely opinions of the reviewer based on personal experience... Talk to an attorney for the proper wording. There is likely a boilerplate disclaimers out there.

The interweb is full of people with opinions on products. Good luck with that one.
