Formatting issues?

Is anyone else having issues with the formatting of the forum lately. The buttons on the bottom of posts (reply, edit, etc) are no longer buttons but just text. The icon that use to show whether someone is online or not is gone too.

It seems OK in Google Chrome but the formatting and layout is messed up in FireFox and on my iPad. I only noticed this a few days ago.

Press F5 and see if that fixes it ?
