They could've been blonde women, and if they're stealing ish out my house or my neighbor's house, i'll have my finger on a trigger, and if they come after me, i'm pulling that trigger. Especially if I lived in texas. No brainer

I don't know about Texas, but in the state of WA you are legally protected if you draw your concealed weapon if you witness a comission of a felony against you or another person including property crime. Property crime however is not an acceptable reason for shooting unless there is imminent danger or threat of violence.
So let's say this dumb SOB goes out and tries to make a citizens arrest; which he is entitled to do. He can legally hold the suspects by gun point until the police arrive. If at any moment he feels threatened or endangered he can fire and kill them in self defense. Tough luck for the bad guys but they shouldn't have been robbing the damn house in the first place. Dirtbag scum like that deserve everything they get in the end. In the wild west if you were caught stealing horses you'd be rounded up by posse and hanged (or shot)without a trial. You know what? There weren't too many horse theives back then. |
