My brother in law did that 2 years ago. This year he's cooking one in the smoker with some orange wood he found at Gander Mtn. and I'll bring my Asian turkey over. I might do a brown rice stuffing, we're always trying something new out.

Got my birds brine on and chillin for tomorrow. Second year frying.

First time using a brine. Used an injector last year. I'll reuse the oil for another turkey this Christmas

And fyi I like to use a long shovel or broom handle and use two people to slowly lower the bird in.
