Here is the battle, let's have it take place at Monza (to make it interesting, Monza was not easy to the MP4/4.
2008's MP4-23 driven by Lewis Hamilton the year that the car famously carried him to a world title (even if some say Timo Glock let him pass in Brazil!) OR 1988's iconic MP4/4 driven by the equally iconic Ayrton Senna. So, taking both car and drivers in to account, who wins? I think in qualifying trim mp/4 cracked out 1100hp plus qualifying tires but manual transmission but some electro wizardry suspension
But the newer car corners and brakes with way advanced technology - so the newer car wins. If they hadn't chicaned the fast curves after Imola 94 interesting to compare lap times |
