Replacement Lights Lens BMW 730d e65

Hello everyone!
I noticed that my lights works very badly. At night I can't see anything.
I bought new bulbs but the problem persists.
I heard that I should replace the lenses. Is it true?
Could I remove the headlight without dismantling the bumper?

Thank you!

Are they frosted over, or still clear? If frosted, at least here, there are all sorts of inexpensive kits to polish them which is much cheaper than getting them replaced.

They're still clear, but at night I can't see the road.

One thing to check is the actual voltage getting to the bulbs. A poor ground or other corrosion or loose connection on the voltage getting to the bulbs can severely limit how bright they get. Unless you can see corrosion on the reflector, I don't think replacing it will help.

This is not just the battery voltage, but what is actually getting to the bulbs themselves and it must be done while the bulbs are illuminated. If that voltage isn't nearly the same as testing at the battery posts, you have a connection problem.
