I can't reply or post topics in classified forums

Obviously I can in other forums, but I can't do anything in the classified forums. That's quite frustrating.

Any help?

To clarify, I can post an reply in the sub categories of the classifieds. My issue is in the parent classified section when you scroll down to see the threads below the list of sub categories.

The POST REPLY, POST NEW, EDIT, QUOTE buttons do not display.

I don't appear to be able to start a thread in the classified forum... which is a shame as I'd like to.
