If I were you, I would try to find a couple of other people that need tires and try to buy them in bulk and split the shipping. It might be cheaper, not to sure though.

I think I found one site 305tires.com Anyone heard of it? By the way, are VREDESTEIN tires good for hot weather climate? (~83-95° F) Since the tire size that he is looking for (305/35/22) is only available with Pirelli and Vredestein. He told me that local tires shops in his place said that Pirelli tires might not really be suited for the climate there since there have been numerous issues regarding side wall cracking.
