SO, I am buying hamburger at the grocery store. 93%/7% fat is like 5.99 a pound. 80%/20% is 2.99 a pound. If I am going to drain all the fat when I cook it does it matter if I start with less expensive hamburger? Why buy the low fat stuff if I am just going to drain the fat anyhow?

I've been in drug discovery for 20+ years, with the last 15 spent developing novel Antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer.

Well - I'm a Christian, so together for me. The most common question I get when people find out I am a Christian, and a research scientist is about evolution.

Even if I wasn't a scientist, I find the premise for evolution ridiculous. You would never look at a car, and offer up the source of it's origin as an explosion in a junk yard.

This isn't meant to be a debate about evolution. If that's what you believe, I don't have a problem with - just explaining my stance.

The majority of my experience (15+ years) is in the development of biologic therapies for the treatment of cancer.
