And you are unable to spell "Cananda"
Man this skunk think is following me in every thread....based on info provided by jtodd_fl from the skunk forums you might be right..that's why I'm watching my back.
I can only spell Cananda correctly when I'm drinking Canadian Whiskey.

I drink single malts from a Glencairn glass with no ice (usually some water though), and blended scotch typically from a double old fashioned glass with a 2x2x2 ice cube. I don't really like the spheres since they don't seem to chill the drink that much unless you fill up the glass with way more alcohol than you need with a large cube.

I don't see this bolded part as a problem. Also, I don't have a problem.

I know people like to make those big ice spheres, but the science should work for smaller ice spheres too. Is there not a mold that works to make an ice sphere for a ~7oz glass.

You guys use glasses????

Actually, that Gentleman package I got for Christmas last week came with two small glasses that are a bit rounded in the middle and just fit PERFECT between my fingers while I caress the bottle with my other hand. It seemed so natural, it was unnatural.

No, I haven't had anything today

YET

I cringed at you getting a Gentleman package for Christmas. (Also, must have used REALLY slow shipping.)

Well, sometimes you're in the mood for something fancy, sometimes you're not. JW Black on the rocks is one of my favorite standbys.

Kind of have to agree with this...using glasses is so PC..just cut the middleman out...and when you take a good swig and it runs down your face....yeppers.

Open the cabinet, reach in, grab whatever's there. Done.

The trick here is to not have anything undrinkable within reach. I keep telling Wifey to not store the Pine-Sol in the booze cabinet.

+1 on Glen Cairn glass. Mostly for high end bourbons though.

Or put the Power Shower (some sort of acid) in unmarked water bottles. Because once you take that big ass bite of PB-smothered bread, you have to drink SOMETHING

Double rocks with the ice sphere, gently cooling a shot of Jameson 18yr, or Black Bush if you want to spend a little less.
