how to embed youtube vids?

I've seen others embed youtube clips on the addicts... On other forums there is a youtube tag like image tags... one site automatically turns the youtube url into an embedded vid... How do we do it on our site?

That's weird. Cause when I tried posting a video in the "Too much cute" thread, I tried doing the [url ] [/url] tag and the stupid [u2b][/u2b] tag. None of them worked, so I then quoted someone to see how it was suppose to be done. I guess they fixed it?
