SiriusXM Satelite Radio

The one year free subscription of SiriusXM Satelite Radio that came with my purchase of BMW X3 is coming to an end. Although I've been receiving notifications about this from them, it doesn't specifically say how I can cancel the subscription, i.e., is it automatic cancellation if I don't subscribe to it or do I need to call them to end it?

Don't bring it in for service that's when they shut mine off. I was well over a year at that point.
