Shipping 123A Lithium batteries abroad? Help
Hello everyone,
Need some help with shipping a dozen 123A lithium batteries(3v) to Europe. I wanna use the USPO for shipping. I visited the post office page and not sure of what they want/look for. Anyone have experiance, should i declare them as batteries or? Help/advice is appreciated, Thanks

Here's what the USPS website says:
***************************************** Lithium Batteries Only lithium cells and batteries that are properly installed in the equipment they are intended to operate may be sent internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO locations if not restricted or prohibited by the destination country. Lithium batteries packed with, but not installed in, equipment and lithium batteries sent separate from equipment are prohibited. Damaged or recalled batteries are prohibited and may not be mailed internationally under any circumstances. ********************************************** Bold words apply to you. |
