Yes exactly. Bigger budget than all the previous makes he has worked for. He will have much more flexibility.
I think this is good news for BMW consumers because it will look much more updated and it won't look aged so quickly. But on the other hand, I also think that this is terrible news for BMW enthusiasts. If you're reading this, you are probably an enthusiast so I don't have to explain why it's terrible news. Give the dude a chance!
