Would you rather have eternal bliss or a slice of bread?

What is better than eternal bliss? Nothing! A slice of bread is definitely better than nothing, however. Thus we conclude that a slice of bread is better than eternal bliss!

I think you mean eternal bliss is emptiness, which could loosely translate to nothing.

It's all in the details, and how you appreciate them. A blade of grass builds a gold buddha 16 feet high.

I don't need to think about it...i've heard this before lol

The problem is that it only works if you word it so and if all of your assumptions are correct....if not, it doesn't work...

i.e.

In today's world, nothing is better than a slice of bread (i.e. no carbs vs. carbs).....so, your assumption isn't completely correct.

Well, I assumed you didn't know it until you made the comment stating otherwise.

References are silly for something as trivial as this! I can't really say that after the numerous references I gave in my ant vs. human thread, though. That was just as trivial, if not more!
