This is so relative...

The fact that a dealership is in a country with a different buying power, or in a country with certain regulations, doesn't mean that they are respectful, ethical, provide an excellent experience in sales or that the dealership service is stellar.

Best sales is a bunch of crap.

Of course that UAE and China are on top, too much money floating around. Badge hunt is another element in here, very important in some cultures.

Same with Norway, Sweden, for electric vehicles; they tax the poor individual that has the audacity to buy a NA engine vehicle in a such a way that it is a punishment to live in a such country where there is no freedom of choice.

Yeah, show me customer satisfaction in Service Department, Warranty department, Best "In-time" service, "Best Customer Satisfaction Dealership" and so on.

What a nonsense...

I don't live in Georgia but when I was in Atlanta visiting a few years back, I took my M3 to Global Imports BMW and they got me right in for an oil change, gave me lunch and asked if I needed a loaner. I don't know anything about this dealership except their service dept was amazing and the sales team walked me through every new car in the lineup while I waited.

I thought I would've seen them on this list.

It means we took people out of other brands and into a BMW (conquest) and keep our BMW clients in BMWs ( loyalty). We were the #1 dealer in the Americas for this. https://jaypichardo.com/2017/03/29/t...t-and-loyalty/

You're seriously the first person I've ever heard compliment Global - both in sales and service. They have a very weak reputation in the city, from what I've seen and experienced.

So the Us is by far the largest car market in the world (although China is booming, of course), and yet BMW has almost no US dealers on their list? Hello BMW - perhaps you should take a look at the (awful) quality of your dealer network??

Which SoCal dealership is the leader in cars being repossessed within a year?

Congrats to Boris Said, I hear nothing but great things about his dealership. We have folks from AZ traveling all the way there to do business with him. Says a lot.

Conquest is when you get an Audi, Lexus or Mercedes owner to buy an BMW. They may include others as part of the definition but generally its just the direct competitors.
