Maintenance Program Transfer After Lease?

If you buy out your lease. Do you still keep the maintenance program for the prescribed 4yrs. Would suck to lose it at year 3 when i had every intention of buying out

They inspect it you pay them then poof you have CPO which is basically just insurance.
