I've never really felt that it's been safe to take the car beyond 140 around my area. There's a straightaway on this stretch of the highway with no entrance ramps that just goes and goes. It's elevated slightly and there's no places for speed traps. I'll just nip 135-140 really fast then slow down. I don't see a reason to go 155. I've done it before and there's nothing rewarding about it. Everything just goes by faster and I feel a little nervous. It's not even that pleasing tbh.

Weird that a lot of the negative comments about speed are from California and Canada. I wonder if the anti-speeding campaigns are stronger there?

buck-10 was enough for me, as there were people around me: wife and son.
Attempt 1 should have been of the speedo, attempt 2 out the window so the rest of us who are too pussy to go faster than 110 can see |
