15 Illinois State Police troopers have been hit so far this year. And it's only April. 3 have died. Today they were out in force and they're really cracking down on people who don't pull over a lane and slow down when passing emergency vehicles on the sides of the highways. We saw several cars pulled over on our round trip to Champaign today.
