Receiving the "Encounting a connection error" message

I seem to constantly receive this error message whenever I'm browsing on the website using my Galaxy S7 edge.

I've been getting them periodically the last few days on my iPhone too.

This may be due to the site upgrades we have been doing the last few days (and which will continue for the next few days). If in say 1-2 weeks from now this is still happening please let us know (in this thread) and we'll look into it more
