asked my dealer, he said no special deal on M340i during Black Friday. Tried to check the deal information on bmw website but seems like the official deal for Black Friday has not been released yet

Which state has this deal? I got a couple of terrible quotes on the m340i despite hundreds of them in nationwide inventory to choose from. Who are you all working with in California who is reasonable to work with?

You do realize the 1% rule applies to before tax of the MSRP right (along with your down payment rolled in, and you do not have a down payment)? Sounds like an great deal to me.... provide more details. |

The problem here is you, not the deal you are getting. If you don't value the car because it doesn't have 'good quality leather' or a 'leather dash', then you should start looking elsewhere since this car isn't for you and you are looking over every other plus point of the G20. You ain't going to get a 65k car for 400-500 a month if that's what you're trying. |

1. The $541 pre-tax quote I got was on a $59k car with a cap cost of $53.7k. I think I can do better on it since others have got upto $10k off on list price. There are hundreds of m340i in nationwide inventory. 2. My comment about a $65k m340i without good quality leather, leather dash, power adjustable steering, etc, still stands. As a consumer, we should expect as much at that price point. The overall package with performance is good but can be better. Thanks for your inputs. Let me know how I can get a better deal if you have more ideas.

You have to remember some of the deals are posting down payments, so that's why they look low too. Your best bet is to post all the numbers you get on the lease thread and many users can provide their input which can help you make your decision. |

Are you prepared to deal NOW? In addition to Jay, there are a couple of people who are probably better known on the bimmerfest, "Ask a BMW dealer" forum: Greg Poland, Pacific BMW, and Jon Shafer, Santa Maria.
However, as a courtesy to these "high volume" SAs, I would like to suggest that you not bother them now unless you are really ready to go. Physically, they just won't have time to nurse you through a learning process. |

You can get all those features for $65k. It's called a 5 series.

Not sure if they truly appreciate informed buyers either. And I am curious to know a list of high volume dealers who are ready to earn some business from serious buyers when the dealers themselves like to appear too busy to even put together lease numbers for you for the fear of you cross shopping. In any case $600 p/m for an M340 is hard for me to swallow nowadays too, and I did pay similar money for a 335i back in the day.
