Has anyone won this stupid thing? I swear I play it every day and every year but haven't gotten anything more than a "WINNER" in one square.

There was a thread on Bimmerforums way back in the day calling ECS out about this. There were probably 45 people or so in the thread doing it with several email addresses and no one won for years.
