What motivates you?

One of the most important conversations I have ever had was the last one I had with my father in law before he passed away 11 years ago. In a nutshell, he said that "sometimes it is hard to know HOW to help a person". Since then, that has been my goal every day. Help as many people as I can, in a form that will hopefully do the most good for them. It burns in me every day.

Fear. Fear of growing old and being unable to sustain a good lifestyle for myself. So, i take my ass to work everyday, 7 days a week.

Failure, but helping those in need is what gets me out of bed in the morning.

To do this, money and resources are needed, so I guess I'd be lying if I said money isn't a motivator, but only as a tool to do good things with. And of course, using said money to have some fun with in the process.
