This website provides ConnectedDrive CarData
I was playing around in BMW ConnectedDrive yesterday and notice that I could request my vehicle data. Not sure if this is GDPR related but does give a view into the type of information captured by the car.

Depending on your skill level, most of that data (and more) can be accessed/logged on the user end using Home Assistant and the ConnectedDrive component. Only need a Raspberry Pi and some programming skills.
